I have a large studio, 37m2 with A-frame loft and loft bed--an artist's loft, located steps away from the metro St. Sebastien Froissart, line 8. So, it's very easy to get anywhere in paris. The apartment is for sublet from Dec 20th until Feb1 or possibly until Feb 15. The rent is 1390 euro per month and includes all utilities, including electricity. Will also rent weekly for 420 euro per week. There is wifi, washing maching, kitchen, cable television, everything you need to be comfortable and happy in paris. The apt has hardwood floors and a spiral staircase in the living room that goes up to the loft bed area. The ceiling is approximately 18-20 feet high at the center, and it's in the corner top (but only 3 flights up!), so it feels very unique for paris. Very close to stores, restaurants and cinemas. Ideal for 1 person, but can work for 2. Perfect for an artist or writer. Ideally situated in the center of the new area for artists in Paris. I'm a writer myself and currently working on a screenplay about the life of a celebrated french author and the apartment is wonderful for me because it's very quiet, and I can walk everywhere. Photos available upon request--but please, serious inquiries only. Three large windows and two skylights make for lots of light. Has a wonderful street view, rather than a garden view. Small cleaning fee and deposit required. Contact: bolton.james@gmail.com
