Caution: A number of con artists have been using this site to search for targets.  One of the main tactics is to ask for payment to be wired to an account and then deactivating their email address.  This is still a relatively rare occurrence but it has been happening recently enough to warrant this advisory note.

2.500 Euros/month rent with one month security.  We ask a half-month holding deposit at the time we both commit to the lease and we take it off the market, with the other half paid at the time the lease begins.  There is currently a regular cleaner who knows the place well - her costs are not included in the base rent, but we would ask you to keep this arrangement going on a fortnightly basis- she is great and not overly expensive. Monthly rent includes building charges, water, highspeed wireless internet, taxes and utilities (electricity, gas). These average 110-150E/m and we've found it can be easier to leave all utilities - gas and electricity - in our name as it is expensive to open and close accounts, complicated, and time consuming to do for both sides. We ask you to be "green" and conserve energy and water consumption.
