Are you a faculty member or dissertation researcher looking for a Paris apartment for the 2017-2018 American academic year?  My apartment in the Oberkampf district of the 11th arrondissement will be available for a single rental between August 11, 2017 and at least the third week in May, 2018, maybe somewhat longer (I’m not sure yet).   The apartment, 42 sq. meters, completely furnished, 2 rooms, full kitchen, large bath is spacious for one person; it can also accommodate a couple (double bed); it is not suitable for two roommates. restaurants, bars. 7 metro lines available close by. Velib station in the street.
Total 4 rooms. Each of the flatmates will have two rooms perfectly separated. Kitchen, bathroom and toilets will be shared.
