I am subletting my T1 (1 living/bed room + 1 separate kitchen + full bathroom) apartment on the Quai de Conti, 75006, right on the Seine, next to the Académie Française from June 1st – September 1st. You can rent it for two weeks, preferably a month or the whole period (dates flexible!). From the windows you have a view on the river, the Bateaux Mouches, the Louvre (just in front of the house!) and even Montmartre from afar. From the other side, you can see the Tour Montparnasse and the picturesque Parisian roofs of the 6th arrondissement.

This exceptional location (just a block from Saint Germain de Près) and charming space is fully equipped: it has a washing machine in the unit, a comfortable loft bed, fully-equipped separate kitchen/study area, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. It measures 32m2.

Located on the top floor of a 7 story noble and refined seventeenth-century building, with elevator, it has five large Velux windows: even in a grey Parisian day you have a very luminous and cosy place to live and work in the calm!

I am asking for 350 euros per week/1200 per month/1100 per month of you move for more than a month – this includes utilities, wi-fi, and free phone calls to all international landlines and US/Canadian mobile phones.

It only takes a two minute walk to get to the metro station, on Line 11, and about 10 minutes from there to reach the center of the city. Pictures on demand.
